CHUNG CAKE PACKAGE - LOVE PACKAGE 2024

The Chung cake packaging activity has long become a distinctive cultural feature of ICOM every Lunar New Year. If during Christmas 2022, ICOMers walked together to contribute to the Connecting Love Pulse, then in Tet 2024, ICOMers will continue to bring warmth to underprivileged children by participating in the Green Chung Cake Package program - A Complete Package of Love ❤️

Accordingly, the organizing committee will divide participants into 7 teams, which are the 7 cultural teams, to engage in packaging Chung cakes for a chance to win prizes in the program:

Program timeline:

- Tuesday, January 23, 2024:

+ From 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Teams will package Chung cakes with a minimum target of 40 cakes on the 5th floor of the office. Participants are encouraged to wear traditional costumes to support the program and create high-quality photos.

+ From 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM: The judging panel will score the teams.

+ From 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Teams bring the Chung cakes down to the 1st floor to arrange them in the pot and start boiling the Chung cakes. Members of the teams are encouraged to stay and bond while watching over the Chung cakes.

- Wednesday, January 24, 2024:

From 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Cleaning and pressing the Chung cakes. Each team should send 02 members to assist the organizing committee.

- Thursday, January 25, 2024:

From 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM: Distribution of cakes to each department or team (each staff member will receive 02 Chung cakes). Participants are encouraged to wear traditional costumes when receiving the cakes.

- Saturday, January 27, 2024:

Awarding ceremony for the Green Chung Cake Package program at the Year-end Party 2023.
