1. Professional Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for executing directives from the Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD)/General Director in the company's and its subsidiaries' external relations activities.
  • Directly implement external cooperation programs as authorized by the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
  • Assist the Chairman of the BOD/General Director in monitoring, urging, and promoting partnership collaboration programs; maintaining, nurturing, and developing relationships with partners (foreign investors), key clients, and government ministries/departments/agencies.
  • Support the organization and execution of programs, events, conferences, and meetings for exchanging information or signing cooperation agreements with ministries/departments/agencies, partners, and key clients.
  • Take primary responsibility for interpreting, translating, preparing documents (texts/slides), and recording and summarizing content during participation in conferences, events, and bilateral/multilateral meetings with foreign organizations, as well as other professional activities of the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
  • Track and compile activity information of associations, organizations, and clubs managed or joined by the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
  • Monitor progress and compile information on all tasks related to partners and clients, and review reports and documents from various departments or subsidiaries as authorized by the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
  • Gather, process, and analyze necessary information as requested by the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
  • Act as a spokesperson, providing advice on the messaging content of the Chairman of the BOD/General Director for public communications across online and offline channels.
  • Perform other tasks within the scope of functions and duties as assigned.

2. Coordinated Activities:

  • Internal Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the Secretary to consolidate and organize schedules for meetings, work trips, and appointments with ministries, partners, and key clients for the Chairman of the BOD/General Director.
    • Collaborate with relevant employees to handle tasks in accordance with prescribed procedures.
    • Work with the company's communication team and subsidiaries to organize major corporate events.
  • External Coordination:

    • Communicate with partners and clients to address tasks within the assigned responsibilities.
    • Interact with organizations, economic entities, and regulatory agencies to resolve tasks within the assigned responsibilities.

Reporting:
Report on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) or as required on assigned tasks to the General Director/Chairman of the BOD in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant or equivalent position.
  • Mandatory: Proficient in English, especially speaking skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
  • Mandatory: Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Extroverted (Group E), with a proactive, ready-to-act, and professional attitude.
  • Creative mindset, strong aesthetic sense, and strategic thinking ability.
