Responsibilities:

- Work with Product teams, BA/PO, UI/UX, and BE teams to design and build software architecture and propose implementation plans.

- Manage application performance, monitor, and analyze functions that cause instability or poor user experience, and provide solutions to enhance and improve the user experience.

- Review source code for team members and other teams, edit, and share experiences to improve programming skills.

- Propose methods for estimating task completion times suitable for the entire software development team.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

- Male, aged 27 to 45 years old.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

- At least 7 years of experience in mobile application development.

- Experience in developing mobile applications:

    • Proficient in mobile application development using Flutter + Kotlin or Flutter + Swift.
    • Experience with both Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift is an advantage.
    • Backend experience with PHP and Golang is a plus.
    • Solid understanding of iOS or Android application architecture.
    • Experience with performance monitoring platforms such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics.
    • Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, etc.
    • Experience in building applications for millions of users that operate 24/7 is a plus.
    • Strong team management and leadership skills.
    • Passion for product quality and source code.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or higher position.
