+) Description of job:

Check, consolidate, and handle periodic payment transactions with errors or incidents.
Assist partners, agents, suppliers to verify, adjust, and process transactions and related issues.
Monitor system activities, ensure detection of abnormalities, report service quality evaluations.
Perform account verification procedures, check customer information.
Participate in building and developing new procedures, features for electronic payment services, enhancing customer experience.
Coordinate with Customer Service to handle customer care-related tasks, resolve complaints, and reports related to the Payment Wallet service.
